My Europe Travel Bucket List
I had a great response from you guys from my last Travel Bucket List so I thought I would share with you my Europe Travel Bucket List. Realistically, as much as I would love to adventure to places like India or the Caribbean, within in the next few years I will probably just explore Europe which is why I have created this list. I hope that my bucket list will give you some inspiration too!
I’d love to visit Austria between November-April time because you are guaranteed to get snow throughout this period. I have never been to a ski resort before or been on a skiing holiday but when I was driving through Chamonix, France, last year, it knew it was something I had to experience because I love the chalets and the apartments and Austria is similar to this.
I’ve been very fortunate and I’ve covered most of France during family holidays, however I would never go back to the same place other than Chamonix. I went to Chamonix during the summer months so there wasn’t any snow other than on top on Mont Blanc so I would love to go back during the winter months and really embrace the atmosphere.
I’d love to visit the hot tub pools in Iceland for example the blue lagoon where you can get a in water massage! And I would love to see the waterfalls in Iceland during the summer months!
This is probably one of the top places that I want to visit during the summer. A lot of people I know have been to Santorini recently and the pictures look amazing. The beaches look so pretty and I would love to go here for a summer relaxing break.
I’ve been to Italy before but I’ve never been to Rome, which is why it’s on my Europe Travel Bucket List I would love to explore the Vatican and the Colosseum. My sister and her boyfriend went last summer and it lovely. We have always gone on summer holidays to explore cities rather than sit in front of the beach each day which is why I would love to visit Rome.
Norway is another place I would to visit over the winter season, to see the Northern Lights; I mentioned in my pervious travel blog post that one of my life time dreams would be to watch the Northern Lights which is why I would love to visit Norway because you can watch them on the shores of Lyngenfjord.
Ever since I learnt about WW2 and the concentration camps I have wanted to go to Poland and visit Auschwitz. Even though for many, visiting a conversation camp would be far from a holiday, I find places like this really interesting because you and visualise what it was really like, and the shocking truths of history.
There are so many more places in Europe that I would love to visit for example Sweden, but if I sat here and named them all I would be here all night!! I hope that this has given you some travelling inspiration. Do you have a Europe Travel Bucket List? If you do please share it in the comments below!
