5 make up products I couldn’t live without..
I had a shower thought last night, if I was on a desert island and could only take 5 makeup products with me, what would I take? This simple question actually look me a long time to think about because I could open a shop with the amount of makeup that I own, so whittling it down to my top 5 was very difficult! I thought I would share the 5 makeup products with you.
It’s not a surprise this is concealer is on the list. I swear by this product, it’s amazing. If I am having a good skin day or I don’t feel like wear too much makeup, I will just add a little bit of this under my eyes or on any blemishes and it gives me the coverage that I want all day. I have fairly light skin and I use shade 2 which matches my skin perfectly, but seems to be the same colour as everyone else because it’s hardly ever in stock in my nearest Superdrug!!
This is probably one the most talked about mascaras in the blogosphere. I saw so many bloggers rave about this product but always debated buying it because it is so cheap and didn’t think it would give me the results that I want, however I decided to take the risk and try out this mascara once my old one had run out and I so happy I did! It makes my eyelashes look really long and full without looking unnatural.
This has always been my go to palette because it’s cheap yet so pigmented and the colours blend so easily. I have green eyes so I tend to stick to earthly colours and this palette is perfect for this, and there is a mixture between matte and shimmery colours which is why I can’t live without this palette!
I’ve always wanted to wear dark coloured lipsticks but I’ve always found that they are either too dark for my skin tone or they dry my lips out really quickly, however I have found my ‘perfect’ match with this lipstick. I find it really moisturising and it’s not too dark either because it’s got the hint of pink rather than it being dark dark red. It also lasts along time too.

This highlighter is so pretty! It’s really pigmented but blends really easily so it doesn’t make you look too shimmery which is good. This highlighter feels really velvety and once it’s on, my face feels really smooth.
What are your 5 makeup products that you couldn’t live without? I’d love you to write them in the comments!
