How to add finishing touches to a room with Printiki

I’m a huge fan of photos; I’m constantly taking photos of the people I’m with and my surroundings because I think they are a great memory keeper. I used to love disposable cameras because you got the photos printed and you had them for life, however nowadays you take photos on your phone and thats where they stay, and you have nothing as a ‘keep safe’. Which is why I like getting my photos printed through Printiki. They offer a great range of products including prints, posters and photobooks.

This time around I went for the Square Medium size prints with a retro style border, polaroids are really on trend at the minute and have been for a while so I wanted something similar; Printiki offer Retro Square M prints which are polaroids but I decided that I wanted something a little bit different this time.

The ordering process of the prints is really easy and simple and you get the choice of ordering them from your phone/computer, Instagram, Facebook as well as Dropbox, One Drive and Google photos so you can use photos that you have stored anywhere which is really handy. Once you have uploaded your photos you get the chance to edit the photo so that you get the best quality print, you can also crop, rotate and change the quantity at this stage.

I think Printiki are really good value for money compared to other photo printing businesses; you can order 20 prints for £5.50 and if you order between 50-500 prints you get an increasing discount.

I really love how photos can add finishing touches to a room, I have decorated my room with these prints and fairy lights and I think it really adds a nice touch to my room.

The only thing I am little disappointed at is the packaging, the prints come in a thin wallet which could potentially mean that the prints could get damaged. fortunately mine didn’t and I put my photos on the wall or in my scrapbook so it doesn’t matter what the wallet is like, however if you store your photos in the photo wallets I would recommend that you get a thicker one to put your photos in.

  1. Lovely idea!! I used a similar system when I lived in Belgium but the quality was really poor 🙁
