I am forever spending hours on end looking at Pinterest for DIY crafts and baking ideas so I have decided to create a ‘how to..’ post once a month. Seeing as it is Easter in a few weeks I thought I would show you how to make an Easter Egg Wreath as I thought they were so cute and very easy to make! They are also very inexpensive so are perfect for your little ones to try out!
You will need:
- Glue (You can use a pritt stick)
- White Card
- Selection of Easter/Spring themed paper (I brought mine from The works and HobbyCraft)
- Paper Plate
Cut out the centre of the paper plate so you are left with a the outside circle, this can be fiddly so you might want to help your little one out with this.
Using the pen/pencil, draw and cut out an egg shape template. You can find lots on google in which you can print out and draw around. Then draw and cut around the egg shape on to your themed pieces of paper.
Arrange the Eggs into any order around the circle plate and glue them into place. You can then get a piece of string or ribbon and place it though the wreath and tie the two ends together into a knot so that you can hang up the wreath on the wall!
